We started with a mixer, a cast-iron skillet, and a refusal to accept stale donuts.
Benjamin Donuts was born from a simple conviction: donuts should taste like they came from a real kitchen, not a factory line. Every batch is mixed, proofed, fried, and finished by hand — right here on Indiana Avenue.
Our coffee is roasted to complement the donuts, not compete with them. Our ingredients are kept simple: real butter, fresh eggs, local milk, and vanilla that actually tastes like vanilla. That's it. That's the recipe.
We opened our doors in Lubbock because this city deserves a place where the food is honest and the people who make it are present. That's Benjamin Donuts.
